Processing of personal data

This page explains how we handle personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We only process your data to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry or booking.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Digitos studio. For any questions regarding personal data contact us at info@digitos.cz, phone +420 777 230 798.

2. What data we process

  • identification and contact details: name, e-mail, phone,
  • the content of the message or enquiry you send us,
  • details of a booked call (date, time, preferred channel),
  • technical and marketing data from your visit (e.g. traffic source / UTM parameters, cookie data).

3. Why we process it

  • Handling your enquiry and communication — legal basis: legitimate interest, or pre-contractual negotiation.
  • Performance of a contract, if we start working together.
  • Analytics and website performance measurement — based on your consent (cookies).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and then for a maximum of 3 years if no cooperation begins. Accounting documents are kept for the statutory period (usually 10 years).

5. Who we share it with

We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do use processors that provide technical services — in particular cloud hosting and database providers, an e-mail delivery service, and analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager). These processors are bound by confidentiality and by a data processing agreement.

6. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation, plus analytics and marketing cookies that we set based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

  • the right of access to your data and to a copy of it,
  • the right to rectification of inaccurate data,
  • the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • the right to restriction of processing and to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • the right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
